At REACH, we are committed to providing a responsible response to COVID for ourselves and each other. Therefore, we have created this set of policies for REACH rehearsals and performances.
Mask Policy
- At REACH, masks are optional and at the discretion of each family. Each of us knows our own circumstances best, so we welcome each family to make the choice that is best for them. For some families, that means no masks for the whole family. For others, that means the whole family remains masked. For still others, some members of the family will be masked and others will not. We welcome and respect each family’s choice.
Sick Policy
- If you are sick, please remain home in consideration of other families.
- If any family member is sick, feel free to keep your entire family home and take care of yourselves.
- If healthy family members would like to attend rehearsal, please consider wearing a mask that day in consideration of other families, and to keep our community healthier as a whole.
Positive COVID Case Policy
- If a family member is sick with covid, please have healthy family members do an antigen test in the morning before attending rehearsal.
- When determining timing for return to REACH after covid, please wait for one of the following to be true:
- All symptoms have subsided, and it has been at least 6 days since symptom onset
- A negative antigen test and symptoms are subsiding
- If a REACH member tests positive for COVID (including those who are asymptomatic), please alert a board member or director immediately so that members who may have been exposed can be alerted and quarantine according to CDC recommendations.
Updated Food Policy
- Food may be consumed in the lower level social hall only.
